"Identity Crisis"

Identity:

fact of being who or what

a person is,

a individual's unique definition;

all the same.

Many believe to grasp

one's true self, to fully understand

what one truly is, is to

discover themselves.

To determine who they are,

what they are,

why they coexist with the world.

"Identity Crisis",

they call it,

but is it such a crisis?

Or is it the combination of fear,

worry, confusion, and

hyperventilation?

To find one self,

is an ongoing task in life.

Outlets and outlets to follow,

paths to cross,

quests to conquer,

and decisions to make.

All in all, a person

cannot, nor should have a specific

"crisis" in regards to identity.

You are who you are and

that is all that needs to be defined.

To find the other small quirks,

is a waste because they will just come

naturally and be determined when the time is

right. For each individual being different,

there is nothing to fear, but to

go on and continue as yourself;

your identity, who you are.
