Designed to fill members with glee

Only started this year, 2020 minus two

Every year, the new freshmen will

Meet the school’s clubs for their free-time to fill

Each club gives a speech

Random faces they reach

Selling clubs to students as they sit still

Over these 200 students, I stood to present

Nervous, shaking, fear, some excitement

I made a few puns

Sure hope it sounded fun

My term was just starting as president

Yes, I was scared at first

I thought things would turn out worse

Didn’t think I’d be a good pres

Owe my confidence to my friends

Leading this club has helped me overcome my fears and

flourish
