There was another way to do this You regretted that sweet kiss There was that continuous feeling of bliss I meant nothing to you all along You could hear my plea, my song I could go back You would have had more tact Your words matched the way you act There would have been more trust I could have been saved from the lust There was no reason to cry I didn’t have to ask myself why I could stand tall I didn’t need you at all There was a reason to fall Truth was in your lies I was enough in your eyes If
