IF

If i were your man

And you were my girl

I'd sell all i had

Just to buy you the world

And if lonely and down

I'd sit by your side

To dry off your cheek

From every tear that you cried

And if i had a dollar

For every dream to have come true

I'd only have one dollar

Because there's only one of you

And if you were ever falling

I'd be waiting underneath

To catch my diving angle

And set her on her feet

And if i knew every word

I'd be as happy as could be

Because then I'd know just how to say

What you mean to me

And If separated

From shore to distant shore

I'd swim in your direction

Until i could swim no more

And if the sun outshines you

On a day that's extra bright

Just know youll triumph once again

When it turns to night

And if in a thousand years

The mountains crumpled to the sea

And love was long forgotten

At least there was you and me
