If.
“Because I love you, you have to get rid of the toxic people you call friends… because I love you, you need to back off and give me space… “
I wish I could go back to that day.
I wish that day I had gotten rid of you instead of my best friend.
I wish I could go back in time and walk away the second you walked in the room.
If only I had done that,
I wouldn’t be up at night thinking about you,
Reminiscing and picturing you in my mind.
If I had gotten rid of you,
I wouldn’t be so stuck on you.
If I had gotten rid of you,
I would have never lost respect for myself when I begged you to stay.
If I had gotten rid of you,
I would have never let you treat me like if I was so little in this colossal world.
Because you loved me,
You should have been better and respected me.
