If all else fails

They tell me

that cigarettes

will kill me well

That is if all else fails

Smoke blackens the lungs

And suffocates clean inhales

My mother told the doctor once

That her daughter will never

Have sex before marriage

Why would she need

to get vaccinated?

Because mom,

Because it could

 have prevented this

preventable HPV

When the doctor

had told me

All I could

say was

Okay

Okay

Because

my vocabulary

was very limited

In a foreign country

Immersed in a language

That you could have brought

me up with, But it was easier not to

Now I often feel a real deep pain inside

My stomach feels as if it could burst

least the colitis isn’t at it’s worse

So I will smoke the cigarette

And feel the tobacco vibes

It’s not like my life won’t

end short otherwise
