If I Could Do Anything

If I could do anything

If the stars aligned in perfect harmony

What would I do?

In this big world of Blue

Would I talk to any who’d listen?

Talk about my true life’s mission?

Would teach student how to read?

And one day they can lead.

If I could do anything

I would get real good at breathing

There’d be no more anxiety

Nothing by prosperity

I would talk until there was nothing to say

I would help kids take over the day

I would write until my hands hurt

Walk bare foot in the dirt

Scream until the world was silent

Fight off all the violence

Because if there was one job to change my life

I’d do the job to change other’s lives
