If I WANT Youj

If I want you

I want all of you

I don’t just want your vanity, and your personality

If I want you

I want your dreams, yes the nightmares too

I want to know the names of the demons that torment you

If I want you, I want all of you

I want the laundry on your bedroom floor

I want the junk behind your closet door

And all of the dust bunnies behind your drawers

If I love you,

I want to fall inlove with all of you

Your bad habits, and your loose screws

I want to care about your soul, and talk to your creator so I know how to take care of it more

I want to give you peace

I want you to be able to come in from the storm and find shelter in me

There may be damage to my foundation, but I will be your home.

Let’s give each other shade from the hot sun, and become one

Loyal, we will become

Stripped of designer clothes and ego’s

Void of projection and full of lessons

You being you

Me being me

But choosing to do it together eternally

But that would only be true

If I wanted you
