If I Was Stranded

If I was stranded

If I was stranded I wouldn’t know what to do

I would probably look up into the clouds and wonder why the sky was blue

Or perhaps I would be depressed or die from being so bored

But honestly I would remind myself that all my strength comes from the lord

I will quickly stop my worrying and all my fear

I would think about all the happy times in my life and remember that God is near

Even though it would be hard to keep my strength

I would still trust God and continue to give him my tithe which is a tenth

There are many things I know I can live without

But I know for a fact that God is essential to my life without a doubt

So if I was stranded I would struggle to stay strong and happy

But I know with God he will give me joy and give it ever so gladly
