If I Were the President

Dear President Trump,

If I were the president,
I would end discrimination,
Provide a safer and more equal life for everyone,
And abide by what’s stated in the Preamble

If I were the president,
I would protect the environment,
And participate in the Paris Accord,
Giving our children’s children an Earth to thrive in

If I were the president,
I would allow Dreamers to live in our country,
People who have been Americans for decades,
After all, us Americans originated from immigrants ourselves

If I were the president,
I would provide free healthcare to those who needed it,
And fund Planned Parenthood,
So Americans can receive their right

If I were the president,
Everyone would be equal,
One Nation,
Under God,
Indivisible,
With liberty and justice for all

Sincerely,
Kelly
