If love could kill

If love could kill I'd be dead and gone wandering through unending forests until dawn searching through this unholy earth for despair to end this endless love that I can no longer bear You were once my dream, a candle of hope and now your presence remains forlorn Why must we love those who can not love back Why must we suffer, why can't we end this ill act I need to learn to live without you to finally love myself Because to survive I need to love myself
