if only it could change

my mind

constantly thinking

overthinking

yet here i am

drowning in whats supposed to release me

my mind

searching for light in the dark

it feels as though light is coming

but it never does

roaming for years

decades

centuries

if only it could change

 yet this imprisonment never ends
