If she was a man

Once upon a time

A great war was fought

Huns vs. Hans

Men stolen from thier homes, enlisted they call it

A mans word, a mans place

A woman stood in her fathers place, enlisted in her fathers place

Disgused as a man, trained as a man and fought as a man

She was no man

She was beaten, she was raped and she was hanged

She was a woman impersonating a soldier the penalty

Death

She did it for honor

Where was her honor now? Six feet under?

She fought for her country against the huns and how had her country repaid her?

With death

On the otherside she would have been welcomed with open arms not shamed not hanged

She thought bitterly if she was a man there would be no noose

Darkness
