If we went to a better place

It's funny how we could love someone so much that we go through all the pain possible just to seek forgiveness and it all goes to waste. I would admit the wrong guilts that proved me faultless just to make you happy. Why can't you accept my apologies as I accept your sins? As unrealistic as it seems I know life will get better and I know that it will rain in our drought of a friendship. I am reluctant to see through the lines of abstract and seek for better than what we have.

For the most part, my personal experiences have inspired me through all my works of poetry.
