Ignorance
Passing by their faces show,
The ignorance hidden deep below.
I read their faces like a book,
Absorbing every dirty look.
Fear and guilt consume their eyes,
Unconcealed through pretty lies.
The darkness of my skin may show,
But I learn from the ignorance deep below.
