ill be in bed by ten

ill be in bed by 10

dont worry about me

within just a few minutes

ill be drifting off to sleep

ill be in bed by ten

please dont open my door

ill let the darkness in

and ill slumber evermore

ill be in bed by ten

and today will all be done

this will come to an end

society has won

ill be in bed by ten

wit a razor in my hand

and pills about the flooor

life was too much to stand

ill be in bed by ten

and though it burns like salt

i will be dead by ten

i love you; its not your fault.
