I'll Do It Myself
In a dress
To impress
Who exactly?
No one particularly
And yet I'm fancy
Servants cut my food
I'm not in the mood
I grab the knife
Seriously, it's my life
I'll do it myself
Threats of dragons
Burning up waggons
Knights in shining armors
Protect the farmers
Oh, and me too I guess
Evil step mother sneers
She expects to see my tears
I stand and look her in the eye
And I tell her goodbye
I'm off to defeat a dragon
Sword and shield
Horse in a field
Leap up here we go
If it's me, no one will know
I'm doing this for myself
I meet the dragon beast
He's got fire at least
Not what I expected
Why kill as directed?
I smile and put my sword down
The dragon peers at me
Both of us can see
There's no harm here
After all, the smoke will clear
And dragons won't go extinct
I have a life of my own now
For that I must take a bow
Freedom and independence
Check out my transcendance
I did it all myself
