I'll find Him again

A mug, your mug “do you know who this is?” A nod and a shrug Tears fall to the rug Metal cuffs, metal bars Never will you hurt us A final heal for scars Celebration of ours Silent hero, hiding away Alone in her thoughts A smile can’t stay Disgusted to pray I’ll find Him once more Shouldn’t feel afraid Shouldn’t be a chore Seed of love, planted in my core
