I'll never leave you
I watched you from a far
Wondering if you knew who you are
Questioning your judgement on who I came to be
Not knowing the girl you once fell in love with was me
Trying to understand how your life was once incomplete
Until that very moment you met me
Crying into your arms made me feel safe all over again
Not knowing the nightmare had just began
I watch the tears fall from your face
My heart increased in a pace
Who would have known you would leave,
Without a trace
Leaving me to drown in my tears
Trying to face my biggest fears
The question still lingers in the air
Who have I came to be?
The same young girl you felt complete with
Maybe even the girl you never shared a seat with
Who knows?
What if
How come
But I
I’m sorry
Those words was beginning of a long ride
That killed me in the end
Not knowing if we should continue the trend
How the two could never blend
Her death killing him in the end
Now he watches her from a far
Wondering who she is
The girl who smile gave him chills
The one who looks could kill
If he could turn back time
He'll try to unwind the music box that continued to play
Hearing her soft voice say '' I’ll never leave you ''
But she was the one to leave
Leaving him to grieve.
She stood from a far
He stood from a far
'' I’m sorry '' she mouth
'' How come '' he mouthed back?
'' I promised to never leave you '' she answered
'' Who have you became to be '' he asked.
'' The same person you became when you met me '' she replied.
Standing at the grave site tears flood their face
She cried silent tears
Now she had faced her biggest fear
Feeling his warmth she knew his presence was near.
She faced turned into a smile
She knew apart of him would be with her for a long while
He watched her from a far.
Smiling at her face
He began walking away, but this time he left a trace.
'' I’ll never leave you '' he said to himself.
