Illness

Aching, throbbing, pressure Cold water hurts And my head just cannot measure The pain a nose can spurt. Head cold, they say- But it lasts for four days! Or more; That's just today, after all. Swimming is a pain, School holds the blame. My body likes to get sick When I'm stressed. Illness, cold sheets, Shivering cough, Humidifiers and Tylenol Jabs in my joints Headache, pressure Sore throat, dry lips Illness.

I hope your day has been good, you beautiful human, you! Go out and seize the day! Take care of yourself! You have people who love you deeply! Give them a hug today, and let them know they're special.
