I'M

I’m not black

I’m brown

I’m not the color of my shoes or my hair.

I’m a milky chocolate with a personality that

Should overpower my outward appearance.

Look at my character, not my label.

I was born in the United States of America

Not Africa.

I’m not African American

My ancestors were African and or something else.

I’m a young man.

Our society is too politically correct.

It’s like they want things structured,

But I’m not a item for you or anything

Can I just be a human with ambition?
