I'm Alive!

I died when you thought I wouldn't make it/ Like an unwanted baby./ I died when you said you didn't love me no more,/ no more calling me baby./ And I died when they told me to quit,/ Like an old lady telling her delinqent Grandson that's being shady./ But now I'm alive./ I'm alive because I write/ And I write because/ I'm Alive!
