Im Cinderella

Im not an invention or a tool To be manipulated for your own beneficial ruse Ingnored only to be tossed to the side I thought I was supposed to be your important child I understand you moved on from mom Im not saying to throw your love song Im just saying to believe in me See what I see and realize that their abusing me Im taken as a prisoner of ruin Father listen to me because just what are you seeing Your dauther is in pain but it is ok I guess I realized that your happiness is valued at best Oh I just wish to leave Forget the chores, the sowing, to clean Up to my room I must go But I didnt mean for you father to disappear so Now you die Leaving me to face my own battles Thou shalt not kill Thou shalt not steal Thou shalt not tattle These may be the rules of this wretched land But my evil step sisters just use me for their stupid plan I will not fall for their games Starting today I will face my own fears They wanted prince charming but I will become queen for many years This is a little secret between be and my fairy godmother I show the prince that not only looks matter Of I'll come to the ball in style, but I will hold my head up high So I did go to the ball, it was the best decision I made I showed with dedication Im not a mindless maid My dreams for the future To help the poor in the town Build a new school Add an agency in town When us females feels very down, it is best to go there There will be many new skills to prosper from A new place to help one another discover we all matter and deserves to be hold dear Not only to others, but ourselves I may have lived my life as a maid but I did have a dream Change the path that was assigned to me Im no longer only a girl of cinder but I am now Cinderella the Queen
