I'm that girl

I'm a cellist, I'm a dancer

I'm the fifteen year old who lives full of passion

I'm that old soul ,that knows it needs to play the mother's role

I'm the girl who didn't get a chance to say goodbye ,

and three days before her 12th bday had her grandpa die

I've had moments when i felt so imperfect,

but I've slowy come to accept this

I'm the one who's grandpa couldn't  remember any names ,

and now that he's gone I haven't been the same

I'm the one who's always fightng , trying to continue

 God knows I'm trying

But most of all I'm that girl waiting three years for her cousin to come home ,

because I know that I can't lose hope
