I'm here for you

Thoughts are often scary, that we often see. but what we see and what we hear are often silent pleas. should you ever need me, I will go down to my knees. I will hold you close and pat your head, and your hands I will seize. I may understand you, then again perhaps not, either way, with a smile I will always say "i'll give it my best shot" I could listen to you for hours, let you get it all out, I will not get upset, not once would I shout. Dreams are our friends, they tell our wants and needs, but when they turn against you I will help to silence your screams. eyes are always watching, but it would be nice to ponder, that maybe they're not eyes of riddicule, but eyes that stare in wonder. we all have inner demons, yours you openly despise, but I will help to sheild you from them, I will silence your cries.
