I'm home

When I look at you I feel like I am home.

Being wrapped in your embrace isn't a simple

hug because I feel safe and no one can do harm.

When the darkness decides to creep up on me

your words soothe the very pain I feel within.

You help make the linger pain go away.

The sweet sound of your voice when you speak

passionately about your future makes me want to

stay on this earth a little longer just to see your goals

unravel.

The reassurance from you that I am enough and beautiful

will forever be the key to my heart.

You help make the pain fade away and I love you for that.
