I'm on an island,

I'm on an island,

way out at sea,

I must have it with me.

What could it be?

My cell phone of course,

so I can call my friends,

and take lots of selfies,

before the day ends.

I can order some pizza,

delivery is fine,

I can wait for its arrival,

while I'm shopping online.

If I get sleepy,

I'll set an alarm,

a power nap is healthy,

it will do me no harm.

If I get lonely,

through my photos I'll look,

I can listen to music,

and read a book.

So you see why it's vital,

to have my cell phone,

because when I have it

I'm never alone.
