Im just a man
As I rise like a tide to the sky,
I can't help but feel the deal I made with him.
The guilt that has built pushes the glass till it tilts,
And falls from the edge of the ledge and its spilt.
It's over.
....
....
But like a clover in a field of covert spring flowers,
They wait and they blossom,
To awesome heights higher than towers.
They rise so high they fall to their demise.
With thousands of countless tries,
Many without a single tie...
The ones at the top will get fat and expand,
While the ones at the bottom say "Im just a man."
