I'm left Behind

I have bitter tingle in my heart and its not from joy or sweet tarts it's that feeling like your losing you mind like you in a race and your left behind you want to win but your to far now so you just sit and think, you wonder how? this is all happening because of stress and in my mind is a scrambled mess. I feel like I'm stuck inside a cage with nothing to do and Nothing to say the way out is right in front of me but life becomes a blur and I can't see............
