I'm lost without you

Every morning its you I think about first I open the door and sense the aroma of you 3 years it was a blanket of comfort You were my hero Strong, funny, and the person I knew that would make a difference You say I was the problem My fault It haunts me everyday High schools coming and you're not there for me What if other boys come along You aren't there to protect me I spoke of you highly Now you bring tears to my eyes You were older, wisser but I knew I could always trust you One time One word Threw it all away Everything I felt about you is gone Except 3 words...8 letters
