Im In Love

I'm in love with a body that isn't mine

A shadow of mine to pass the time

It made me loath the mirror

My vision no longer clearer

Im in love with a body that isn’t mine

My mind speak freely while my heart weeps.

Silent tears leak hoping to not leave me weak

I want to look like the models

Long slender shape like coke bottles

I’m in love with a body that isn't mine

A mind that is secretly broken

A mind that is secretly hoping

A mind that can smile a real smile. Not something just for awhile.

I'm in love with a body that isn't mine

Yes I do love me for me

But my demons kill my peace

They say maybe if you were perfect. Just maybe happiness you would have earned it.

Im in love with a body that isn’t mine

A secret to pass the time

No i'm not depressed

I'm just letting my secret feeling be expressed.

Im not perfect

Just trying to convince my demons that im worth it.
