I'm The Magician

Do I have your attention now? I've performed my tricks and Have you believing in perfection. I've made my sins disappear Right before your very eyes. Where have they gone, you ask? You see, that's the trick. I still have them. They still infest me. Fill my heart, my mind My very soul. You see, I'm the magician. I can see your weakness Your faults Your thoughts. I can call you out on them. Just as easily as those little card tricks I like to pull on you. Make you think that I'm in control. Because i can see right through you. I don't want to That's just how I was born. WHY i was born. I hide behind my magic acts My illusions of the perfection that isn't really there. I have you fooled. I won't tell you my tricks. Because, they are mine and mine alone. But, you see they really happen. I make them happen. Because, you see, I'm the magician.
