I'm Never Ready

I'm getting ready

To go back to Cali Cali

I'm getting ready

To go back to California

I'm getting ready

To go back to Cali, Daddy

I'm getting ready

To go back to California

They're waiting for ya

We've got responsibilities to get to

You know I wouldn't go if I had a choice

But I won't choose

I'll be taking your grey woven sweater

I'll be spraying it with your cologne

It'll keep me sane when I'm under the weather

It'll keep me company when I'm alone

Well, I'm getting ready

To go back to Cali Cali

I'm getting ready

To go back to California

I'm getting ready

To go back to Cali, Daddy

I'm getting ready

To go back to California

They're waiting for the

Moment my red heels touch that solid ground

Before my head goes up into the clouds

Before my health goes all the way down

I won't be taking off my necklace

I'll keep your picture on my wall

I'll do my best with my academics

I'll make sure to follow all of your rules

I'm going back to Cali, Daddy

You know I've never had to live without ya

I'm going back to Cali, Daddy

You know that I'm going to miss ya...

With love,

Toonami
