I'M NO POET.

You are a poet.

You know how you feel.

Emotions running high.

Words with you are never still.

You are a poet.

You have so much to say.

It's not that you do not have the words.

But which ones are, the right to say.

You are a poet.

You try to scrub the calluses away.

Words, emotion, imagination fills you,

each and every single day.

But you see...

I'm no poet.

I'm no verse maker.

Not one to have the right words to say.

I'm just a girl.

Just a girl, writing away.

Trying to find the words of what I would like to say.
