I'm not a Toad

You see it's all so complicated... I'm in this spot I've been in a lot 24 years of tears And extreme fears The kids are grown and I'm the one Wanting to get out And be on my own Never been HAPPY Its always Been CRAPPY I'm going to explode Or implode If I don't get Outta this mode I feel cold And a bit too old Like I should break the mold Stop doing as I'm told Start reaching for gold And get RID OF THE MOLD LET'S JUST FOLD I need someone else to hold Someone that Doesn't make me Feel like... I'm a TOAD... that doesn't deserve Anything but to be squashed In the ROAD...
