I'm That One Kid...

The one whose a little too loud when everything's quiet,
And a little to quiet every time else.

That kid who's awkward with people,
But leads the way in hard work.

The one who seems condescending, sarcastic and never-failing,
Yet the one most painfully aware of their fallibility and faults.

The kid you can count on no matter what,
And the same one who counts on you more than she'd ever let on...

The one who's emotions seem constant,
Yet, like a river, run deep

That one who always seems to be a critic,
But is far to shy to tell you when she respects you.

The kid who's hard to know,
But well worth it when you do.

The one who's respect is hardest to gain,
Yet even harder to lose...
