I'm Possible

I am a person that has high intelligence.

I am loving, caring, and kind.

I have a great family, a job I enjoy, and awesome friends.

But how did I get this way?

Not by a fluke of nature,

Not by chance,

But by being urged to work a little harder,

And try a little more.

My mother told me to never quit.

My father told me I could always do a little better.

Praise and encouragement played major roles,

But love was the ultimate deciding factor.

I am who I am because of people.

These people inspire me.

They make me strive to reach goals that seem impossible

Then, and only then, the impossible becomes possible.
