im running from myself,but

im running from myself,

but i know i will never win,

i'll always pray to be someone else,

but my memories know where i've been,

running in circles, around and around,

i keep going but i'll never be found,

the pain will stop at nothing to tear me down,

i scream and fight, but theres no sound,

when i look in the mirror and see what i've become,

i realize the demon inside of me has won,

everyday i fight just trying to be okay,

but i hate all that i am so it doesnt matter anyway,

i need a doctor to give me something,

i wish i could become somebody else,

because i'm nothing but poision to myself,

im constantly in a war with me myself and i,

i know i will always loose, so why even try,

my heart, my thoughts, my soul, they're always in a fight,

and no matter what i do, i'll never be right,

im never happy with anything i do,

ive lied too much i don't know what's true,

i find everything i do so irritating,

i spend all of my time angry and hating,

i wish there was a switch, a way to make it dissapear,

then maybe there wouldn't be so much to fear.
