I'm Scared
I'm scared.
I couldn't help you. I couldn't save you. Have you ever seen somebody die? I have. You don't feel anything. All that’s there is darkness; not just any type of darkness, but the type that stays with you. Inside of you, it consumes you. But you can't help it.
Remember when I said I couldn't help you? I lied. I could have tried, but is was always... that goddamn darkness! I blame myself. When I made that 911 call. I froze... the world just stopped. "Ma'am where are you?" I tried speaking but nothing came out "Ma'am what is your address?" "8194 Front Royal Dr." I look at you, and my ability the feel is gone.
I didn't cry. I didn't yell. I saw and all I saw was darkness. I was scared. I still am scared. You're alive, but every time I look at you all I see is darkness. You'll never gonna know why I look at you the way I do. You'll never gonna see yourself die.
