I'm Sorry, I'm Busy

Your mother complains that she never sees you anymore.

At first, you try to explain

                I had to work,

This paper is due at the end of the week,

I had to meet with my tutor,

She says you’re making up excuses,

You stop.

~you never liked explaining yourself anyway
