I'm sorry for not

I'm sorry for not being like you

I'm sorry for not looking the same as you

This is the way God made me

He made me in his image of perfection

But whydid youhate me?

You didn't know my name

You didnt know my heart

You just knew the color of my skin

We have a black president and you still think im in adequate?

Now you can't forget my name

It's everywhere you go, yet you still dont regret it

Now my parents are missing a son

Just because im not like you
