I'm sorry this is so shitty

You will always be alone

No matter how loud you yell

Or violently gasp for air

Because sometimes it's so hard to breathe

They will notice

And they will not care

You will always be alone

Even at 4 am

When the voices in your head are fighting for attention

Calling you names and begging for release

But they are not real

So no one cares

You will always be alone

When you're counting the heartbeats you have left

Because you're so fucking sick of these toxic cycles

When you think you're free, it tightens its grip

And in the end, shockingly,

No one cared.
