I'M TIRED
I'M TIRED"
Why can't you see?
Open your eyes,
Shut your, turn down the blinders.
I'M TIRED.
DEFEATED,DEFACED
I'm wilting and tilting,
I have no more will,
To entertain your cheap thrills,
My mental capacity & my heart are a glass menagerie,
A strong gust of wind,
A flick of the wrist,
Are enough to shatter this glass I'm incased in,
I'M TIRED
I'M FADING.
and broken,
I need to re-wire,
but how can i,when I'm not inspired
so I wipe the slate clean so I can again be.... Me.
Just me.
The girl I used to be...
Before careless lovers ran a spear thru me,
Before endless battles defeated me,
Before loss and hardship depleted my sanity,
And stripped me of who I used to be,
I'M TIRED.
Of gaining and losing, building again and again,
For what?
This endless infinity of pain?
I'm stuck in the quicksand,
The harder I fight it,
The quicker it sinks in,
A futile struggle,
We all know where this ends...
But WHY CANT YOU SEE?
IM TIRED, OH SO VERY TIRED.
I don't even want to fight, strike or argue,
I just want this to cease,
It's like a disease,
A cancerous tumor consuming all that could be,
Why can't you see?
There's no alternate ending,
No smoothing out paper that was crumbled and tossed,
See the damage is done,
There's no turning back....
I'M TIRED.
I SEE NO WAY OUT....
AND THEN I CRY OUT
RAIN DROPS FROM THE CLOUD
TO REFRESH ME LIKE THE SUMMER....
