I'm Tired

I'm tired Of the same cycle Of the same nonsense Each day every day The same thing over and over I'm tired Of having to get up And go to work, deal with humanity Answering my phone Checking social media I'm tired of having to be The bigger person To keep being kind when people Are being down right disrespectful I'm tired Of having to let ppl say and do As they please Im.tired of just sitting back I'm tired of just waiting I'm tired of just being the strong one When can I break down When can I cry and grieve When can I have my moment Of towering apart Y'all have someone To lift you up Mean while we have noone It's us and the four walls Trying to get through it Cause there's no other way around it You can't run And you can't hide So you might as well go head on I'm tired Of people pretending And acting in my face In my circle , and in my boundaries I'm tired Of trying to fit into Other people's boxes And for their perfect image They aren't perfect Ridden in sin But cast judgement upon others Preach no sermon to me For God will deliver the proper Message when the time comes I'm tired Of trying to figure it out For others when they need to figure It out for themselves They aren't broken They are lazy They are unmotivated And we must cheer them on We must encourage and enlighten them We must be the light that guides us I'm tired I just want to turn my Mind off sometimes And just be and peace But that's so heard When the planet is a pure distraction I'm tired But I'm becoming awake now A battle a dark one no doubt Gotta get humiliated in order To be rebuilt anew I'm tired But I won't be for long This isn't my sleeping period This is my learning and observing period
