Fat

Too fat to get a second look

Too fat to be talented

Too fat to be the star

But why does it matter?

I can sing

I can dance

I can act like you would not believe

But I can never be the leading lady

All because I'm not a size ten

But why does it matter?

I'm not out of shape

I can keep up with the best of them

I'm not lazy

I've got a job

I enjoy food

But I eat healthy

"You understand why we can't cast you."

It's because I'm too fat

But why does it matter?

I'm beautiful

I'm just as beautiful as the other girls who auditioned

My big brown eyes

My curly brown hair that everyone is jealous of

I'm tall

I have shapely legs

I'm a size 26

But why does it matter?
