Imagine.
I am here on a island by myself.
Stranded.
Alone.
Am I cold? Am I lonely? Am I afraid?
I'm not sure.
I wonder what the time is.
I wonder where I am.
I close my eyes and seek the only place I know.
Imagination.
I picture myself walking down the streets of Chicago.
On the corner of State and Lake, a man hands out coupons for a breakfast place.
I feel the warm summer breeze against my face.
Is tha real or in my mind?
I see people pass me by, different faces, eyes, noses, colors, weights, and heights.
They all stare as I pass by and I feel uncomfortable.
I am watched by all of these buildings and eyes.
I am lost within city.
I am grey within the streets.
I open my eyes and I find a beautiful place.
I find the warm breeze.
I look at my hands ad fiddle with sand at the edge of the beach.
And I think bout what I need the most right now.
What really is important to me?
But I only see what is in front of me .
My imagination.
What could be of this new place?
Wha more do I need than my whole self and an island?
Imagine.
