Imagine

Sometimes, I like to imagine that I’m a pop star

I tour around the world sharing my music, my voice, with everyone

And people listen, they care about what have to say

And then I realize how ridiculous the whole idea sounds

Because I can’t imagine any world where I could find the courage to make myself heard

Because I am too weak to do anything but hide, and live my life in silence

I can try to fly, but I will never be free of the pain

The weight I refuse to share

Gravity pulls me back to earth like a boulder
