Imagine Loving

Imagine if, in the night,
We could steal the stars and wreak havoc with their light.
Imagine the countless nights we could turn bright
And the countless nightmares we could set right.
Imagine our lovely romance.
Imagine our devilish dance–
Damned tongues and damned hands
Wandering across the skin,
Making love by the fire 'neath a slain satan's throne.
Imagine our heathen playtime–
Claws and teeth gnawing
At the bodies of angels and demons.
Heaven falls to our whim
And hell to the same.
Imagine a life without Earth,
Left to fend for its feindish self.
Imagine us, Deities above even the creator.
Imagine us, destroyers in our love.
