Immaculate Misconception of the World's Last Lie
Ignorance,
It allows us to fly
And while we touch the stars and pollute the sky
Indifference's caress holds us high
The kiss- a flame that takes the wax off our wings
Arrogance grates moralty
It chips
Falling like snow from the soul
Religion holds
A glue meant to mend
A sword, a crutch, a shield
We mold instead of heal
Use words as blades and sugar-coat the lies
Killing people like flies
We soar, a constant high
Welcome to mankind's low
