Impact

You never know the impact

You have until someone tells you.

You never know if

You’ve made a difference.

There are so many in life

That you may have touched

Without knowing about it

Or until you find out.

Six people made an impact

On my life within a year.

Helping others is the only way

I know how to repay them.

And who knows?

I may have made an impact

On several others 

Because of them.

When something happens,

Who do you turn to?

Do you go to a friend

Or to a loved one?

I turn to them

And everyone else that

Has an impact

In my life.
